"The hotel was lovely, and very clean. Love that you need tye card key to control the lights. The room was quite small, but all we needed was a bed. The hotel was just a few minutes walk to the bus stop, which led to an easy train ride to the city.
I would not aay the staff was overly friendly or helpful but it was still good. "

The hotel itself is excellent - rooms are so clean and well maintained and amenities on level 2 (a lounge and Self-serving food shop) are of a very high standard .
The staff are ever so friendly and there to assist you 24/7
The hotel’s location is situated perfectly between walkable site-seeing options or via close-by trams, to having many shops and restaurants just around the corner.
Overall - I strongly recommend this hotel as their room prices offer very good value for money imho.
If I come back to Rotterdam- this is where I will be staying !

"Nice and clean hotel, super friendly staff, very good breakfast buffet, I just wished they had options for vegan people, but a lady in charge helped us make a plate for my vegan son.
The hotel is in a walkable distance from the train station, a lot of construction around the area though.
