"Clean room and staff was helpful"

"The hotel was lovely - the room and common areas were all clean and comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and always did the utmost to make our stay the best it could be. The complimentary breakfast offered much more variety than we expected, and was excellent! Our only issue was that the air conditioning was temporarily out of commission during our stay as the units had issues changing from winter mode to summer mode. Although this was completely out of the control of the staff, they were still very apologetic and offered us free drinks and even brought us a fan to help cool off our room. The stay was lovely, and we would be happy to stay here again, should we ever return to Amsterdam!"

"Easy access to airport. Great food and drinks. Comfortable bed"

"Small room, but it was comfortable and had everything I needed. The room was big enough for the bed, a shower, sink, small desk, and toilet. Plus a tv on the wall. But that was all I really need out of a room. You had to squeeze by the bed to get to the other side of the room. The breakfast was a great start to my day with an assortment of breads, juices, coffees, and soft boiled eggs and mini pancakes. The airport shuttle was nice as well. Ran every 20 minutes all day."

"Nice hotel with airport shuttle (every 40 min is a bit of a wait if you miss one). We also didn't realize there are 3 stops and got off the wrong ibis and had to wait for another 40 min for the next one."

"The only two things I like about this hotel: a delicious breakfast with many options and comfy mattress. Other than that, it's an outdated hotel that needs a lot of work. Walls and floors in my room were extremely dirty, no bed side tables, no shampoo/condition (just hand soap)."
