"Totally false misleading room description - the basic "Double Room, Balcony, Sea View" option was described as "45 square meters" with "sea view" and "kitchenette". The green room (and all rooms on that side) is at most 20 square meters (no way it is 45 sqm). There is absolutely NO sea view as what you see is apartment complex and hills on opposite side. In fact, the sea is behind you so there is no way to see the sea from room balcony (physically impossible). And as for the rooms on the other...

"This is a really great little hotel. Perfect location, walkable to everything. The manager met us at the ferry and carried our bags up to the hotel( loads of stairs). The breakfast was made to order with many options and was delicious. The staff were all hard working and helpful. The room was smaller but very clean and had a view of the water! "We had a wonderful stay at Vila Lacman, the room was clean, light and airy. There was everything you would need in the kitchen and there was cold water in the fridge when we arrived, which was very well received. It is close to a supermarket which has an amazing restaurant above, we ate there twice. Quite a hike up from the port but well worth it. Would definitely stay there again if we are ever in Hvar. The Lacman family were lovely hosts."
