There were just a few things it was missing: no bar or safe, as advertised which was partly the reason I booked it as a solo traveller. The bathroom had a weird quirk, where the shower door didn’t close all the way (design flaw), which meant water went all over the floor and toilet bin right next to the shower. "The hotel is located in a very touristic neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and shops. The hotel itself is outdated, the room we were staying was renovated partially. The beds were clean and comfortable. The bathroom very narrow and difficult to move inside. The breakfast was just ok. The hotel is good to sleep only even if it's close to the beach."

"We had nightmare memories at this hotel. Booked this property 3-4 weeks in advanced of my trip, only to find out at 9pm on day of arrival that the property was in construction and was not available. Spend 2-3 hours trying to sort things out and finally checking in to another hotel. Not sure if property owner or Expedia was to be blamed, but not very happy. Only posltive thing I can say is the property owner did assist in finding alternate hotel, albeit initially sendong us to the wrong hotel."

The property manager, Catarina, went above and beyond to help assist me during my stay. She helped make dinner reservations, booked a motorbike rental and even dropped me off at the bus station in Heraklion after check out!! Outstanding customer service. This place is a gem, BOOK IMMEDIATELY!! "
