"This is a simple hotel that does simple right. It gave me the exact things i needed, which was simply a place to sleep peacefully and have a shower and washing machine. The place looked like it was still under construction on some floors and it smelled of fresh paint. The sleeping area was very quiet and clean."

"Great and very economical. For such service and facility at their price is unbeatable and would argue is better than higher priced hotels/hostels. The lobby is very nice and a good area to meet people from all over. Has fast wifi, manga room, laundry room and smoking area. Located at a very convenient place in Kawasaki, everything is near by. Night life is nice as well; 24 hour bars and lounges. There is something for everyone. Will come back again. "

"The rooms are extremely small and the AC was not the strongest. Overall, it was extremely clean and had more amenities than I thought a small room could fit. Staff was friendly and helpful. The area was safe and we walked a various times at night without feeling unsafe or having any incidents "

"Good for a couple of nights to settle into Tokyo - convenient to Nippori Station (10 min walk) for access to/from Narita Airport. In a bit of a weird location down some side streets past a number of love-hotels, and right next to the rail line though. I used earplugs to block the sound of the trains and was fine in that regard. Reasonably close to Ueno park by foot. Was fine for a short stay. "
