"The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the Portuguesa Tiete bus station and metro. The staff was friendly, and I felt safe during my 6 nights there. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the Shopping Center Norte that has a Carrefour Supermarket. I plan on returning to this fabulous city in April, so the HOTEL PAULISTANO will see me again. "The only thing this hotel offers is a cheap place to sleep. The rooms are tiny, the beds are uncomfortable, the shower barely works, there is no air conditioning or fan, and the staff are unhelpful."

"This is a great budget hotel. The room is small but has a television and a full private bathroom. They offered a very minimal free breakfast and the cable only had 3 channels."

"O hotel apresenta barulho excessivo do movimento de veículos na rua. Não houve limpeza do quarto nos 4 dias que lá estive. O café da manhã foi somente pão, margarina , café e leite (poderiam melhorar isso). O entorno do hotel me pareceu pouco seguro e deixa a desejar quanto a limpeza das ruas."
