"I liked how easily accessible the property was and how the staff were very well versed in tourist attractions and the like. I was helped by Marta when I checked in and she gave me a map with all the places I’d need to go to or tourist and food spots circled in which was very helpful, as well as the transportation links around the city. I just wish there were more options especially with protein at breakfast. It was all pretty much just toast and baked good but some eggs and maybe some sausages...

"The hotel is in a good position for the beach at Gexto and for the ferry port. Parking is free but the carpark gets full as the bar restaurant is very popular. The breakfast is good. A slice of delicious tortilla, coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice 5.10€. We would be happy to return "

"A comfortable two bedroom apartment which can accommodate up to four persons. The separate sitting room/kitchen area and patio are nice. However, lacking some basic utencil, e.g. water kettle and screw driver to open wine bottle."

"Great location, easy check in, well equipped. Should you want a room with an actual balcony so you can sit and look outside make sure you are clear about this. We had the deluxe double with balcony ad shown in photo we thought. Sadly it was an internal balcony with windows not shown in photos. "

"The shower place had some bugs so I wasn’t happy about it but still it is worth the price and the staff were really friendly. I would definitely go again when I visit Bilbao."
