"The hotel is lovely but coukd do with a few tweaks here and there. My window wouldnt close, towel rail was hanging on for dear life and nowhere to put shower gel/soap in the shower. Could do with a mini shelf in the shower. My room was next to a little utilities room containing a microwave, washings machine, dryer etc. This wad not great due to a couple deciding to do their washing at midnight. "Cleanliness was poor, dusty, bed base was stained, shower was cold, windows opened onto pub carpark. Internet never worked, I stay one night out of two booked, claimed to be a superior double room, shocking is all I can say."

"First impressions on driving up were worrying, as the exterior is poor, with the front littered with cigarette butts, and no parking (a sign on the wall would be helpful as it look as though you can park there). The room though was a good size & very clean with a good shower, plenty of channels on the TV including streaming. had a good nights sleep which is the main thing though so that's okay "

"Loved Staying here before the theme park Season really kicked off. My only issues are that checking out its best to do after 7.00. due to needing to phone to unlock the main doors if you require to leave before 7.00 Checking Inn at a late time can be problematic due to the main Gate connects to someones Mobile and Signal in the area is extremely poor"
