"Great stay, a last minute decision for a night in Hull. We had our own room with en-suite & we couldn’t fault it. Full use of kitchen on 2nd floor if needed. Staff couldn’t be nicer. Very convenient multi story car park opposite (cost us £9.50 to park overnight). Would definitely go back again 👍"

Took my dog, she was very happy there, we walked quiet lanes evening and morning from the door, saw 3 deer and lots of rabbits. Lovely owner, and a good night's sleep, drove down to Spurs Point stopping at a huge deserted beach just beyond...

"The hotel was entirely as described. I stayed for 2 weeks due to hospital stay and it was a comfortable safe place to stay. We had use of the kitchen area and the gardens were pretty even for the winter, I imagine they would be even better in better weather. Staff were friendly and helpful. "
