"I have been staying in the Station Hotel for 4-5 weeks. And it is Close to Dudley town centre. 15-20min bus travel to Dudley & Sandwell Station. At least a 5-minute walk to the bus stop near Salisbury to catch the Number 87 bus back to the Station Hotel. Also, I complained about my room, and the receptionists arranged another room to sleep in. I appreciate it. Well done 8/10"

"Perfectly situated for Railway and right in centre of Shrewsbury. A clean comfortable room with everything we needed."

"The room was of a good size - room for a large double and a single. There was also a fold up table and chairs, which you could use if you wanted. Added bonus of a small fridge, and the tea/coffee supplies were generous, including biscuits and hot chocolate."

The owner was very friendly, the breakfast was excellent and our room was spotless. "Property was what we expected. Only niggles I’ve got are: Beds in the second bedroom were a little small, I’m 5’11’’ and was too tall for it. There was a constant sound from what could have been a boiler that did keep me up at night. Host was responsive and polite though. Overall good stay. I’d recommend, but for slightly smaller people who don’t mind constant noise."

"Shower wasn’t working at all, no hot water in washbasin tap, no heating in the room, later then found that the room lock was broke then decided to check out after few hours of checking in. "

"The whole 'hotel' was not at all well kept. The decorating was shoddy to say the least. Whoever carried out the decorating is completely clueless - i could give many examples - all resulting in the actually cleanliness if the place coming into question. Not good at all. "
