"I had stayed there before and I liked it so I booked for a further 3 days after I had left for 2 days. To my horror, the day I returned, someone was in the room sleeping I had booked the room one week in advance and they were clueless as to what happened. When we arrived, there were 2 sets of stairs, ONE single bed and no shower! We called the property and no one responded.
