Excelent

Stately and attentive service.

So convenient after stepping from the train. Literally right across the street.

Located on central square but high enough above it to be peaceful. Service friendly and proper. Feels like staying in a family home. Afternoon tea and pastry--help yourself. Good breakfast. Impressively sturdy, comfortable bed. Common area tower room looks out over Assisi and valley below--breathtaking at dawn.

This was a wonderful experience with a very special personal attention. We highly recommend anyone to stay here. The view to our hotel was magnificent! Silvia, the owner of the place is also the owner of a first quality restaurant, very prestigious. We dined there and the food is absolutely delicious! We will come back for sure.

I had an excellent stay at this charming country house and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking both relaxation and convenience. The property itself is beautifully maintained, with a lovely swimming pool and a stunning olive garden that creates a peaceful and authentic atmosphere. It is the perfect setting for a quiet country retreat. The buffet breakfast was very enjoyable, offering a good continental selection that catered well to a variety of tastes. One of the highlights of my stay...

Great place to spend time in nature with comfort

Staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating! The location was superb with nearby restaurants and within the historic center but not far from parking.

The staff were very helpful, the rooms and the property were very clean, and the location good- very close to Basilica Santa Chiara. The breakfast was the best we had on our trip to Italy.

Breakfast was excellent! Can’t beat the food in Umbria!

Very nice and clean room, we slept great.

Lovely, clean, good location, delicious breakfast, comfortable beds. Couldn't have asked for anything more!

This was the cleanest room I’ve ever stayed in! Everything was spotless. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The location was perfect too, as you are walking distance to many amazing cafes and attractions. Beautiful views as well

What an amazing stay, from the very beginning we knew this place was special. Paul helped us upgrade our room to one with a breathtaking view and made our stay so extraordinary! We were made to feel like family from the moment we arrived, all of the staff was so friendly and helpful and the restaurant, Ceci, is like no-other! We are definitely coming back and cannot recommend this place enough!

I don’t know why the beds don’t have curtains, but aside that it was a perfect hostel.
