Immediately upon arriving (after a long journey) I found there to be no hot water in the shower. This was not fixed for 24hrs. I also expected the staff to be more friendly/community focused however this was not the case. I was never invited to the whatsapp group even though I requested to be added and ultimately, will never stay at a selina again. Hostels provide a much better hostel...

"The staff were great and very helpful with planning my trip. The room was clean with a very comfortable bed and I loved hanging out on the terrace with the friendly hostel dogs. "

He did make a call and settled things and overall the staff tried to be very helpful. They had a small garage for my car and the location was convenient for walking.
