"The hotel is dated. The outside is run down and needs updating. The rooms have been updated but looks like they cut corners to save money. Trying to charge my credit card again a day after we checked out when it was charged out a day before we checked out."

"We were in town for a concert. Hotel was in perfect location. Loved walking around Plaza. So convenient to hotel. "

"The man that welcomed us was very nice and very helpful. We were here for our granddaughter’s softball tournament and he pulled up the sports complex we would be at so we could see where it was. The room had somewhat of a funky smell when we first stepped into it, but it went away. Had a comfortable night’s rest."

"It was very noisy & hard to sleep because of the traffic & you could hear all of the people in the other rooms really late until after midnight. We only stay here because the location is perfect when we have to be at KU med early in the morning for appointments & procedures. The breakfast also is nice."
