"We had a great stay at this property but the floor of the house was filthy upon entering. Additionally one of the bathrooms was not clean, there were dirty sheets in the closets, and there was missing toilet paper. Contacted the host but they never sent a cleaning person. If this was fixed, this property would be amazing, but due to this I can't recommend. If you don't mind these things, you'll love this place."

"We spent the weekend with our dogs at the mod shack to escape the Charlotte heat! The place was perfect for our needs. Perfect location for exploring Boone blowing Rock and access to the parkway. "

The bed was comfortable; the coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator were useful, and the ambience was fantastic. The only downside is having the restroom up the hill, but the restroom was clean and included nice showers. I would definitely stay in the tent again, though it would be nice to stay for a longer time."
