The room "York Theatre" was very well appointed with everything you'd need. Good size with a large en-suite and a lovely comfy bed. I'd definitely recommend staying here. "

"No good so not a B&B. Requested 1st for got 3rd no elevator. Front office very nice said we had a maze to get to room but steps were not that bad. Cleaning was great all things worked. Bed not soft good! Big problem was no food. 😒"

"The place is quiet and cosy with private toilet but outside the room. Postcode will bring you directly at the back of the accommodation. Free parking near the property. Easy to communicate with the owner if you have any concerns."

"Rang the owner a couple of days before our arrival not a problem that we were arriving at 2pm. Lovely greeting on our arrival by the owner nothing was a problem to him. Well presented room for our stay . Thank you we really enjoyed our stay. "

"Parking was the best thing about this stay. Very central and only a 5 - 10 minute walk into the centre. Mason arms is a good pub but the room we stayed in was small & dated but was clean and adequate for our 1 night stay."

"Right from setting foot in the place, we were made to feel very welcome. We were shown to our room, even though we arrived three hours early and only wanted to see if we could drop off our bags. An ideal location for the Malton food festival. The only real issue we had was no parking, due to the festival. This issue was easily resolved by using a certain app to rent a local drive for the night. We were constantly asked if we needed anything and if things were ok with our stay. Very friendly...

"I would recommend a stay here for the fabulous central location. The room was clean and check in instructions were very clear. Please be aware there was no reception as such, but if needed you can leave your luggage at the bar next door, and there were emergency contacts listed. We didn't need any of this but good to know. There were a couple of bottles of water in the room and some discount vouchers, all of which were an unexpected bonus. The kitchenette was handy if you wanted to make a drink...
