"I made a booking for this house but a day before my trip the house I was staying in got swapped for another after the cancellation period. We arrived at the property and it was unclean with a smell of cigarettes, rotting chicken and rotting vegetables. The sheets were not clean, the tub was dirty and the toilet was filthy.
