"The rooms are very small but the location is fabulous. The staff is great and extremely friendly and helpful. The food is excellent. It’s a mile or less to the major thing we wanted to see. The Westminster Abbey is a quarter of a mile, Buckingham Palace was less than a mile, Big Ben and London bridge and the Tower of London was about a mile if that. "A really handy stop off on the way to the coast to an event. Easy parking, clean room and bathroom, comfy bed plus lovely staff! As we arrived later in the day we decided to eat in the pub next door.. the food was basic but OK. The breakfast was also served in the pub and at both meals the staff were really welcoming and helpful. I would stay again if I was in the area overnight."

"Easy check-in, the rooms are comfortable and clean. Not so sure about the glass shielded shower/toilet area as it doesn’t give you much privacy and it’s a tight squeeze to dry yourself off. The bed is on the hard side but this doesn’t prevent a good night’s sleep. Aircon seemed to be a bit hit and miss and I couldn’t get a good signal on the TV. Very minor criticisms, though, and I’d definitely stay again."

"The dryer was hard to use - it baked my clothes but they were still soaking wet. Perhaps instructions for how to use the machine to get dry clothes. My second stay was in one of the patio rooms - the bed was terribly lumpy. I was moved for my last night to the room next door and sadly the bed was also lumpy but slightly better than the first."
