The hotel is quiet, no traffic noise, and it is easy to walk to tourist attractions in South and North Bay from this central locations. "I liked the hotel overall, parking wasn’t easy very small car park. The pool was shallow not brilliant for swimming. Food in the evening wasn’t the best, I had duck in a sauce which was very watery not what I expected. Breakfast was great and a nice bar to sit in . Would definitely recommend "

"fantastic place, right in the middle of everything, staff were great, room was lovely. every busy so it's not a quiet place if that's what your looking for and parking isn't easy but whitby is a very busy place, we managed to park across the road which was great we really enjoyed our stay and will come back"

"When I arrived there was no one to show me to my room. I phoned the number on my booking but they could not find any record of me having booked with the itinerary number I was given.
