"The room was nice. But the drain on sink didn't work correctly. No way to open drain once it was closed. It didn't stay up well so it was slowly draining. The phone didn't work at all. A few things were empty out missing. And no one came to clean the room during our 4 day stay... stay. I had to go to desk to ask for more towels and for personal items for the room.. Could have more of hot items for breakfast. And more toppings for the waffles other than just syrup. "

"When we checked in the guy at the desk was very friendly. He advised us if we didn’t want maid service to place the do not disturb tag on our door. We did that but they still came in and made the beds. So that was a little concerning on why they still let themselves in to our room even though it said do not disturb. What if we were sleeping "
