"My experience with the lodge was overall good. The cabin was clean and comfortable. The only issue I had was that I needed to cancel a few nights due to unforeseen circumstances. I was due to stay five nights, but was only able to stay two. I had hoped to at least get a refund on one or two of those nights given the early notice. I was told, however, that because I booked online, I was “obviously” not able to get a refund. Going back to the fees and policies for the lodge on hotels.com, I did...
