"Cozy cabin provided a nice little stay for us during my son’s baseball tournament. They’ve done a great job with all the amenities. Everything you could need is there! We highly recommend! "

"In all reality, for someone that’s in town just for work, it’s a great place to stay. They clean your room, replace used towels and do your bed. Restrooms a little small, sometimes slightly noisy outside environment due to the place being next to an intersection. But if you’re just looking for a comfortable bed with hot showers, great a/c, cable tv, and parking right in front of your room, all at the best price you can find in Stephenville, this is your place. "

"Host hard to reach. This an extremely worn out, old double wide trailer. Broken furniture. Dirty. Hair in the shower. Fire pit table on porch, with no propane and broken knobs. No dock. Everything so dirty , we didn’t dare try the hot tub!! The outdoor grill was the best. No soap for dishwasher. Did enjoy the pool table. A few positives, many negatives.."

"This house was great! Clean and comfortable. Everyone loved the game room and had a great time in the lake. The grandkids are pickle ball players and probably spend more time on the pickle ball court than in the lake. I would highly recommend this property if you want a great house right on the lake."
