Classed as a budget hotel it is more than adequate for his needs. 2 minutes from the tube to Kings Cross Station it is ideally situated. The rooms are clean and the bathroom is a reasonable size, but being an older building the stairs to the upper floors are not the widest! "The one slight downside was the comms surrounding the entry because it wasn’t clear that you had to go into the restaurant around the corner for access at first and I didn’t receive an email as was stated in the check in instructions. As for the room itself, no complaints. For the price we weren’t expecting the Earth but the room was clean, the bed was comfy and the bathroom facilities were decent.
