"Wish I knew about this hotel when I started traveling to SF for work. Conveniently located near my assigned office. Hotel was exceptionally clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable, especially the bed. Bathroom was great and water temperature and pressure were top notch. The only thing I could remotely complain about was that when you open the window, The air current can get unusually loud. Will definitely be booking future stays at this location"

"Having one elevator for this 11 story hotel was the main problem. Long waits and extremely crowded elevators was the result. "

"It’s excellent for the price we paid. Very clean newly remodeled look even if this was 4 years ago. Tasteful and simple color schemes. Elevator is down but not a big issue for us. Very best the Oakland freeway exit. Highly recommended. "

"I like the clean rooms and the breakfast selection was good. Not a complaint but a suggestion. To continue staying green like they claim if a customer hangs up a towel on the shower to reuse instead of be cleaned after one use then leave it when you clean the room. In fact you should encourage guests to reyse towels"
