First, the public bath was amazing and I loved the free face lotions they have in every bathroom. I got a cabin room and even though it looks small, I slept very well. Finally, the breakfast was amazing and I loved how they had Japanese and Western breakfast buffet options. If you plan on visiting Hiroshima, I highly recommend that you stay at this hotel. "

" A charming Japanese Ryokan with the best view of the famous Miyajima Torii. You can walk to it within 5 minutes during the off hours when the tourists are gone. We loved their 10-course Kaiseki Dinner and their Japanese breakfast. Their shuttle van picks you up at the ferry terminal. You should book your private 30-minute onsen when you check in. "

"Convenient hotel with on-site parking for ¥500. Easily walk-able to local restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Note that certain amenities are not included (razors, toothbrush) so bringing one is important. Also, though a non-smoking room was reserved, I was given a smoking room, so make sure you check upon check-in."
