"My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Jacobite House. Our room was very clean, quiet and had all of the amenities we needed. The staff were also very friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. Additionally, house is located in a very central location, which is easy to walk to everything. "Pretty disappointed overall with my stay. Had there been other options when booking last minute I wouldn't have booked. The room had long black hairs all over the floor and bed when I arrived. The sheet was very thin with dirt on it. Issues that had to be fixed like the window getting stuck and the shower tap being stuck on scalding hot. The fire doors whilst adding security, slam loudly at all hours of the night and the window had to be open at all times since the heating was high. The young...

"This property is a gem located nearby Culloden Battlefield and Clava Cairns. The cabin is very new with a clean and functional kitchen as well as comfortable beds. Inverness is a quick drive away or by taxi (we found parking in Inverness to be a nightmare so opted for the taxi.) The owner is on-site to answer questions or help with any problems. Great place to stay if you are visiting the sites in this area of Scotland. "
