The lobby failed to communicate we needed to ask for sheets and towels during check in, so when I arrived at the apartment I freaked out for a moment. After that I found out they offer everything, but you need to go downstairs to the lobby and request it. The staff was very helpful and friendly - always. The playground was closed and it was upsetting being one of the reasons why we choose it there, but the pool was great! I think it’s a great...

"Hotel com uma boa estrutura, mas algumas áreas parecia que estava meio que abandonadas. Banheiro da área da piscina parecia que não era limpo a dias, limpeza no meu quarto só foi um dia, e ficamos lá 5 dias, tinha que ficar pedindo papel higiênico, pq não faziam a reposição, tive a informação que era só deixar a chave na recepção se eu quisesse a limpeza no quarto, mas não foi o que aconteceu. E a pior das situações foi a falta de água quente nos chuveiros, tomamos banho todos os dias, em águas...

"I paid Expedia for my booking and when I arrived at the property They charged me again . They said they didn’t get the payment from Expedia. I did the payment twice… one for the hotel and other one for Expedia. More than 1 months that happened and I didn’t get my refund back from Expedia. I have been booking hotel from different apps because I can’t trust in Expedia until they fix this problem. Right now I m loosing my money and really disappointed with Expedia . "
