"Ended up not being able to visit and they refused to refund any of the money, even though they had a weak notice that we were not going to be able to attend. Horrible people to deal with extremely rude. Do not recommend."

Only thing was we couldn’t find instructions for the cooker and to put the hot water on but we nipped over to reception and they were helpful (with the hot water and we worked out the cooker!!). "We have stayed five days there, it is nice and cosy place it has got everything you need, you just need to bring your own food, I haven’t liked that the check - in starts at 3pm but when you need to check - out is very early, at 10 am, I understand it is policy, but bare it in mind if you travel from far, you might want to book more days, also there was no sitting area outside, like at least plastic chairs or something similar if you want to enjoy the view, we have cought not so cold weather...

"The Crieff house was centrally-located to shops, dining, and downtown Crieff. The property was clean and well cared for and had all that I needed for a restful time in Crieff. Would absolutely stay there again when I am in town. "

"There was no guidance on when/where or what refuse was being collected. Thete were inadequate bins for refuse. There were holes all over the walls. The side door is not hung properly, leaving large gaps at the top and bottom. The actual property was called Ambleside, not Aspen. The layout of the decking with only one set of steps meant continually walking the full length of the caravan twice to get to/from the parking. The park is advertised as dog friendly, however it is not permitted to...
