"Room was kept clean
Staff were wonderful and helpful
Kitchen was appalling, so didn’t use
Didn’t have a car but parking appeared good
I had no clue this was a hostel when I booked so was taken a back on arrival. Sadly because of the time of year nothing else was available. I left 2 days early
If you’re desperate for somewhere to sleep it’s fine.
Shared toilets and showers was not wonderful especially since I was as booked for 2 weeks.
I survived"
"This apartment was wonderful. Comfortable and clean. We easily got in and out. Such an amazing first experience. The staff was helpful and kind. The restaurant was delightful with amazing food!"
"2 jours très agréables dans ce logement, bien situé pour les visites.
Excellent petit déjeuner
Accès à la cuisine, ce qui permet de prendre une collation le soir après une journée bien remplie."
"Hotel was under renovation and their was a fault on the fire alarm panel both mornings which didn't make the stay feel all that safe with the major renovations going on. Their was no curtains over the window you could clearly see where the pole was taken out the extractor fan didn't work in the bathroom so the window was constantly open and didn't look like it could close. After the stay I recieved another bill from the hotel which km disputing through hotels.com as I had paid for the room...
"Very hard to find if you reach late. Entrance is scary. Parking is a nightmare. Property location is good but it’s not what we thought.
No internet at all and very low network signal so we struggled a lot. It’s really expensive for that location. A lot of sharp nails in the bed room ( near the windows).
No concessions ( for not having internet ). Bins are not marked. Not going back."
"Les enfants ont adoré les jeux de société et le grand jardin.
La meilleure literie que nous ayons en Écosse.
Très propre.
Check in et check out très facile.
Nous étions au calme.
Le site se trouve à 20 minutes en voiture de Stirling Castle.
Génial en terme de rapport qualité/prix"
"The room albeit quite small was very comfy and nicely done out. I found it really hard to sleep though as the green emergency light made the room very light when I am used to sleeping in total darkness"
"Overall ok experience, most disappointing pictures did not match the property, property deco 10 years older than photos, no Lshaped sofa, no dressing table, despite a dressing table shown on pictutes (very limited mirrors, made drying hair Impossible in front of a mirror) very uncomfortable beds, overall abut tired and in need of a refresh "
"There was no guidance on when/where or what refuse was being collected. Thete were inadequate bins for refuse. There were holes all over the walls. The side door is not hung properly, leaving large gaps at the top and bottom. The actual property was called Ambleside, not Aspen. The layout of the decking with only one set of steps meant continually walking the full length of the caravan twice to get to/from the parking. The park is advertised as dog friendly, however it is not permitted to...
"I hoped for a better experience but sadly we had issues with the property. The surrounding area was okay but the cabin (trailer) had some issues. When we arrived, the key was already in the door which was odd but not terrible. Only when we went to check out, did I realize why. The lock box would not open so we left the key in the door like before. The kitchen was missing a couple items so we purchased them ourselves (sponge and all purpose cleaner). The heat would not come on any of the base...
