"The hotel is ready for a cosmetic overhaul and consequently looks a little tired’’ That said the food was very good but service from all members of staff was fantastc. They were all extremely polite considerate and extremely friendly "

"I arrived late for check in and the restaurant had closed but the owner made me something as i had been traveling all day, I was also leaving too early the next day so the owners again my me a take away bag as an alternative, they really went out of their way and it was really appreciated. Nice dog friendly pub too, had fusses with owners dog who was lovely and friendly. Would 100% reccomend "

"The house is so much bigger in real life, the pictures don’t do the place justice. Owner was very helpful and quick to respond. The house was great and pool was fantastic. Thanks for allowing us to rent."

"Having received 2 emails stating check in was 2pm we were disappointed to receive email the day before arriving that it was 3pm. When we phoned to enquire about discrepancy we were told 2pm was a mistake and they refused to change it. We phoned back to complain and eventually they said they would try and have snug ready for 2pm. It was important for us because the wedding we were there to attend started at 3 pm.
