"Do not be fooled, this is, AT BEST, a lower tier hostel accommodation. It is extremely affordable, but you will end up paying for that in travel costs to and from the city, airport, port, etc. there is no tram service nearby. Additionally, the room was much smaller than it appeared in the photos, and the bed was not large enough for 2 adults to sleep comfortably. The staff was extremely kind and were the bright spot of experience. If you are looking for bare minimum and the cheapest possible...
