"Overall the stay was great. The bed was a little hard, but that's a personal preference. Had an issue with the refrigerator and tried to call to front desk for help, but no answer. I had to go down to the front desk to ask for help. The front desk person didn't seem too concerned even after I told her that I had leftovers that I didn't want to spoil. We had two people to come up and fix the refrigerator shortly after. They were helpful and kind, they offered to take my food downstairs to the refrigerator. I very much appreciated that."

"Beautiful property. Our biggest complaint was a pillow on our bed had a very disgustingly stained pillowcase. I can't understand how the cleaning staff missed it and allowed it to remain on the bed as it was clearly visible when we walked into the room. We brought the pillow to the front desk, they apologized, said a clean pillow would be brought to the room. It never arrived. Otherwise, excellent bar and dining area, well appointed room, on time shuttle. "

"The room was clean and the staff very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was okay but by the time you got what you needed it was on the cold side. Would be good if there was fresh fruit salad too."

"Perfect last stay in Edinburgh before flying home. Very comfortable beds. Excellent restaurant. Shuttle to the airport included. Would definitely highly recommend."
