"I'd say manage your expectations. That's not to say its a bad hotel, but it IS bare bones. That said, the view and staff are amazing. Also of note, the beach front clubs will be "uhn-tiss"ing until 2am, and any beach front hotel will be affected by it. It lulled me to sleep though 😅"

"The staff and wifi were great! But it's located 2 miles from Krabi center and taxi's aren't cheap compared to the rest of Asia. The neighborhood behind the hotel was rough looking but we didn't have any issues"

"At the very far end of PHI PHI island. The huts are in the front of the property looked empty (that’s what we thought we booked). We were in the second floor and had an ant problem. Got bitten in bed. Shower was very strange lots of construction near but got a bit loud in the am."

The wonderful and bubbly receptionist is always lovely when she gets you, makes sure you are ok, lets you know if anything happening around the island, best places to eat, tours, ferry tickets! She is very knowledgeable. The rooms are nice and clean and the housekeeping ladies are friendly. The hotel is very central to Phi Phi, with easy walking around the streets to delicious Street food, shopping etc. and a delicious doughnut stand right across from the hotel....

"Had a great time at Blanco as a solo traveller and met great people, everyone was friendly and welcoming. The staff where nice constantly asking if we all where okay. The hostel was extremely clean."

The only thing that we didn’t like was that they haven’t clean the room daily, so we had to use the some towel every day and the fridge was a bit dirty.
