I was a little leary when I seen the neighborhood this was in. Graffiti on the walls of the buildings down the block. But turns out, the neighborhood was amazing. Kate our host was exceptional! The staff was very welcoming. The front desk was very helpful in providing transportation choices since the hotel is close to metro and bus service. I would like to send a special thank you to ms Elena for resolving a reservation issue. I highly recommend this property to everyone. The breakfast buffet was savory and the cappuccino was excellent. Aside from impeccable cleanliness and AC, the staff was extremely attentive and hospitable. Only stayed for one night there and the front desk staff knew me by name when I came and went, they helped handle my bags, generously handed out cold water and lemonade, and called me a taxi for the airport in the morning. Exceeded my expectations by far! 10 out of 10. When and if I come to Rome again I will be staying here! Christina and the man from the front desk were the greatest.

Staff was really helpful, and the hotel was exactly what we expected it to be--not fancy but safe, quiet, affordable, clean, and reasonably convenient. We were able to park on street near the hotel, and there are garages nearby, which is a plus if you have a rental and want to stash it somewhere rather than driving in Rome. It's a family-run European hotel so expect some stuff like them wanting to hold keys at the desk and keep tabs on your coming and going a bit. It's probably not the place...

12 min walk from the train station. Comfortable room, nice outdoor terrace/patio, tasty breakfast selection, pleasant staff. My daughter and I felt safe at the hotel. Only stayed one night because we were traveling, but would stay there again.

We loved Lisa! She was so helpful & friendly. Nothing could be more charming than the tiny wooden elevator. Our room was great. The bathroom was the best design I've seen. Zero complaints! My only complaint about the room was the wifi dead-spot on the bed where the pillows are. In the common area, the hotpot was slow & cheap. Great place!

Location, location, location! This property was walkable to Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and Colosseum. I took a 13 euro taxi to the Vatican each way. The property is so cute! The room was pretty spacious, clean, modern and the bed was super comfy. I definitely recommend this property. I can’t wait to comeback!

The room and building is very clean and they offer housekeeping daily! Location is pretty close to bus, streetcar stops and train stations to go to the main areas of Rome/ Vatican City ~approximately 30-60 minutes rides depending on where and what time of day. The Citymapper app is definitely helpful. Area around the property is pretty calm. Most importantly, the host is very accomodating and responsive to all your questions! Would definitely stay here again when I come back.
