"Ich wurde im Hotel Sternen herzlich empfangen und habe mich sofort willkommen gefühlt. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich, dass ich trotz meiner viel zu frühen Ankunft bereits um 8 Uhr morgens einchecken durfte – ganz unkompliziert und ohne Aufpreis. Das hat mir den Tag enorm erleichtert. "Das ganze Zimmer roch muffig, blieb muffig, obwohl 24/h das Fenster geöffnet war!!! Nachtisch staubig, Toilettentüre beschmutzt, im Badezimmer Staubwädel, Abstelltisch Farbe teils weg. ÜberzugKopfkissen ausgefranst, Nähte defekt. Ist nicht zu empfehlen! "

"Excelente ubicacion, nos fuimos a pie desde la estacion de los buses, es un edificio pequeño, muy bien distribuido, baños en común muy limpios, en constante limpieza, nos atendio el Sr Marcelo, muy buena atencion, habla creo que 6 idiomas y es super super atento, esta pendiente de todo, fue de gran ayuda. La frente del edif esta una estacion del tranvia, hay panaderias, pizzerias, supermercados. "
