"This is the smallest hotel I have stayed in, one level above hostel, no kettle, no room to move around, no option to lower temperature, no room service, no reception, its like staying in a capsule. Stay away and I am never staying here again."

The staff were outstanding—very friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything we needed.
