PROS: Pet friendly with fenced yard for our dog, 3 Bedrooms, quiet, peaceful area on private road, short easy drive to Key West and our new home jobsite, bathrooms and kitchen remodeled with nice new cabinetry, tile, appliances, etc. CONS: Washer and Dyer are outside, uncovered and open to elements.
