"The staff at this hotel were super friendly and helpful and seemed to get along so well with each other. The place was super clean and well located to walk around sapa. Our room pretty quiet at night from street traffic. The front desk surprised us with snacks for the bus ride at 7am when we were leaving. So nice! "

The front door of the room was completely un-soundproofed, and the hotel plays some kind of loud announcement at 0600-0630am ish, apparently every day? Why??
