"Beautiful hotel, centrally located and just steps from the mini metro which is so unique. The hotel room is immaculate with great showers and walking distance to restaurants, cafes and restaurants. Beautiful views from the upper levels of town."

"Great location and super helpful staff!"

"The place is conveniently located, reasonably priced, clean, and comfortable, The staff is friendly and helpful. It checks all of the boxes."

"Special location off the lovely square. Stefano, Maria and staff helpful (only downsize was noise early in morning from logs being delivered and bottles being taken away)"

"Staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating! The location was superb with nearby restaurants and within the historic center but not far from parking."

"Right across from the train station."

"Great host and location. Good value"

"Basic, functional, and really great room, on the small size but with a high ceiling and a sense of space and airiness. The room was very quiet and private, with great working electricity, plumbing, and AC, although the wifi was not that great. Lots of space, great lighting, very comfortable, although priced well above what it is worth, presumably due to the season. "

"Perfect location and cozy, beautiful spot."

"Excellent room, amazing food, impeccable service. The whole experience was fantastic."

"The property is in a very convenient location within Assisi and the staff are very friendly and accommodating"

"Fantastic small hotel "

"Really unique place - a “shabby chic” palazzo! On site parking is very convenient. Good location for seeing the tourist sites. Very helpful staff."

"Very nice and clean room, we slept great."

"The view from the rooms is breathtaking. The staff is wonderful and kind. Breakfast on the balcony is lovely and the location is close to everything in Assisi but also quiet."

"Magnifique séjour entre amis lors d un voyage en toscane pour y faire du vélo.Le couple qui tient la maison est adorable et aux petits soins. Toujours à vouloir faire plaisir . On s y sent en paix . Et c est merveilleux. On reviendra !"

"La struttura è carina ed ancora in lavorazione , la camera piccola ma buona purtroppo però a tetto e con un caldo soffocante , l'aria condizionata rumorosa e poco efficiente . I servizi non esistono : recepsion chiude alle 20 e riapre la mattina , colazione obbligata alla 7:30 , ristorante chiuso , piscina a pagamento , frigobar spento e vuoto ."

"We stayed at this location for one night located a few miles outside of town. The bedroom was very simple but clean, came with a firm bed and two flat pillows (this is probably one thing they can invest in) and no mini fridge. There was a balcony with two chairs and a great view. Montepulciano is a beautiful town and is worth to visit. We had the breakfast included where you can chose from a menu the night before. The breakfast was great with tables that had enough space between the customers....

"The hotel is lovely, a bit aged (bathroom) and perfectly comfortable except for the stairs 3 flights and no elevator. Not bad unless like me you have bad knees and too much luggage. The location is fabulous, right in the middle of the old part of town. And the hotel is one part of an old palace so massive walls and high ceilings. I wasn’t able to stay for breakfast but they made me a takeaway . "

"Disponibilità tanta, quasi al centro, stanze un po' anguste e cc al momento per problematiche di linea non accettate."
