"Dryer didn’t work and had a night the heater didn’t work. Staff didn’t reply to any of my messages while we stayed there. Was very very small. Not suitable for a family. Never got back to me about a cot when I asked multiple times. Wasn’t great experience but good location. Do not recommend for family or a group of people. Max 2 people "

Rooms were somewhat clean with three folded bath towels on each bed +2 hand towels in bathroom, which was appreciated."

"Perfectly located just off Oxford Street. Very clean and comfortable for 1. Good kitchen facilities and a well stocked cleaning cupboard. Advance communications were a bit draconian in tone but made sense when I got into the property, as it is located above some medical consulting rooms. I would definitely rebook. "
