We did not be complete our booking in the apartment for our stay in london.
When we arrived very late at night it was disgusting. All the bedding was stained, there was food over the kitchen floor, dirty used towels in the bathroom, broken furniture and no windows to open for any sort of air. This is not what we were promised when we decided to book with yous. No photos that were given when booking were matched to any sort of standard.
When i called up the property to ask why our place hadn’t been cleaned we were told they just forgot and they would get a cleaner round first thing in the morning. The woman who i was on the phone with did not even try to hear out our point, i was trying to tell her that we couldn’t stay that night and was asking for a solution but she was adamant that it would be completely fine for us to sleep in other customers used dirty bedding until the cleaner could come round in the morning. She called back saying there was someone available to come and clean the apartment then however it meant we would’ve had to sit and wait for someone to arrive and clean it and you should not have to do that when you’ve booked accommodation 11 months in advance.
We had to leave the apartment to go find other accommodation as it was borderline unsafe for us to stay in other peoples mess.
The way the woman on the phone was speaking/yelling at was completely unacceptable.
I would definitely NOT recommend staying here at all.
