"We showed up on a Sunday night in Wilmington and found out local accomodations with family were not possible. We had to stay here for a little over a week and the hotel was fantastic. Kitchenette allowed us to have a "home" cooked meal after driving across the country. The staff, Lynn especially, were courteous and helpful throughout the ordeal. Owner is very pleasant and present on the property, willing to help with any situation. Highly recommend staying here. "

"Location is great & within minutes of many restaurants. Staff was friendly. We did see two hairs on the sheets but felt they were probably just from house keeping making the bed not due to dirty sheets. We tend to take our own sheets anyway so wasn't a huge issue. Shower water pressure was very strong, hot water was adequate. "private beach" is just a sandy area with a TON of shells on the sand & in the water making it useless as far as getting in the water. Pool is adequate for kids-goes up...

"Bath towel dusty or black lint on white towel. Water flow could turn thin stream but not off. Room phone not work; front desk said could not wake up call. Radiator hard to switch cool and heat. Room comfortable. Trip excellent. I needed economy to travel; great vacation."

"We traveled from NY to visit friends and were having such a hard time finding somewhere to stay within our budget. Not only was this hotel in our budget, but was amazing. We were able to bring our dog for such a reasonable fee and the room was very comfortable. The free breakfast was delicious and a great selection. But the real reason our stay was amazing was JENNIFER!! She was the sweetest, most accommodating and so extremely helpful! I would stay there again, just because of her. Thank you...
