INCREDIBLE! This was our favorite place in Italy, it was like living in a fairy tale. Beautiful view, wonderful restaurant, accommodations and service were above and beyond. Concierge went out of his way to be kind and make great recommendations for attractions in the area. The after hour check in process was smooth. Location is perfect. My only complaint is that I had an early flight the following day and couldn’t spend more time there.

Staff was really helpful, and the hotel was exactly what we expected it to be--not fancy but safe, quiet, affordable, clean, and reasonably convenient. We were able to park on street near the hotel, and there are garages nearby, which is a plus if you have a rental and want to stash it somewhere rather than driving in Rome. It's a family-run European hotel so expect some stuff like them wanting to hold keys at the desk and keep tabs on your coming and going a bit. It's probably not the place...

This is an incredible property in an excellent location.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We arrived before check-in time and he came early to check us in. It was our first time in Rome, and he advised us on where to go, where to eat, and warnings about pickpockets at the train stations. The room was very clean, and it had an espresso maker with coffee pods that tasted so good. He also arranged to safekeep our luggage on check-out day while we went to the papal audience.

The property was on the perfect location for the Vatican and Basilica! Many restaurants nearby as well! Only wished for another pillow. Thank you for the daily coffee and treats!
