"I had stayed there before and I liked it so I booked for a further 3 days after I had left for 2 days. To my horror, the day I returned, someone was in the room sleeping I had booked the room one week in advance and they were clueless as to what happened. I contacted the hotels out-of -hours number about 6 times and left a voicemail - no one called me, I also sent a number of messages on their WhatsApp number but no one responded eventhough I saw they had read the message, I had to contact...

When we arrived, there were 2 sets of stairs, ONE single bed and no shower! We called the property and no one responded. We had to find another last minute hotel at higher price and multiple transportation costs as a result. We would not take our shows off here, let alone sleep here!
