The views are breathtaking but to get to a bus or train station you need to walk at least 10-15 minutes on a road that has no sidewalk /footpath for most part. So, it's little risky. I suggest the hotel to start a shuttle service for a small charge from hotel to the bus stop every 15-30 minutes. It will go a long way and will address...

"Good location for our Interlaken visit. Short walk to the railway station. Breakfast was nice to get the day started. Rooms needed additional lighting and extra electrical outlets (especially one in the bathroom) would be nice. Tried to bring the lighting issue to managements attention but didn’t ever see someone to talk with during our 5 day visit."

"Cute cozy hotel in Interlarken. Be warned that they do not have an elevator so maybe not the best place to stay if you have a lot of luggage. Service was fantastic, and the included breakfast was lovely. Walking distance to everything. Also, they had a coin washing machine and dryer which was incredibly handy. "This was a one bedroom studio apartment. The condition of the apartment was not great. The apartment is on the 4th floor and the building has no elevator - about which we are not informed about at the time of booking. Imagine carrying 4 suitcases to the 4th floor. The appartment gets direct sun and there were no fans. It got very very hot in the day time. This apartment is built in attic and we kept on bumping our heads. Avoid this place, if you can."

"The Adventure Hostel is a short walk from the Interlaken West station, had super friendly staff, a decent breakfast, and very solid accommodations. By far one of the nicest hostels I’ve stayed in, with quality easily comparable to (and in some ways surpassing) 3-star hotels. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, and I definitely recommend the Fondue Villa for great views and fondue!"

"No space to move. Shower cubicle encrusted with grime, basin without hot water, no toilet paper. Nobody available to assist with anything. Guests are given a contact number, but get hung up on if they ring it. On the plus side, the bed was reasonably comfortable. Seriously, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else."
