"Modern large room. Great location next to train station. Note there is no fridge in the room which wasn’t a problem as we stayed in December and left our milk on the balcony and it stayed cold! Great friendly staff. Great breakfast included. Nice bar area. Would highly recommend. "

"Our family of five stayed at Beatenberg Hotel & Spa for five nights, and overall it was an excellent experience that we would happily repeat. Originally, we had booked a Family Suite via Expedia that could accommodate all five of us. As a precaution, we contacted the hotel directly prior to arrival, only to be informed that the reservation details from Expedia had not been properly transmitted and that the Family Suite could not be secured. Since the stay had already been prepaid, this was obviously concerning. What truly impressed us was how the hotel handled the situation. After discussing the matter directly with the hotel team, they kindly offered an alternative solution: two Junior Suites, secured side by side, entirely as a gesture of goodwill. This proactive and considerate response immediately reassured us. Both Junior Suites featured private balconies with stunning panoramic views, and the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and immaculately maintained. While we were not all able to stay in a single room as originally planned, the quality of the accommodation and the thoughtful arrangement more than compensated for it. The children loved having space, and the views alone made each morning memorable. Thanks to the hotel’s professionalism and genuine hospitality, we enjoyed a thoroughly relaxing and satisfying five-night stay. For us, this experience demonstrated what excellent service truly means. We would very much like to return with our family again in future."

"Stunning view and apartment was modern and new. It had everything you could want for a wonderful stay. Definitely 5-Star. My family stayed there over Christmas. Kitchen had all amenities and was great for preparing our meals. We ate in a great deal so very helpful. I would definitely stay again."

"The chalet was very comfortable and warm, with beautiful views across the mountains. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. The village itself was lovely, although it was quite a trek uphill. Unfortunately, the lifts up the mountain were closed and there was no snow during our stay, but despite this we still had a very enjoyable Christmas.On the downside, the chalet is accessed via a very narrow road with no passing places and is located high up a steep, winding road at around 1,400 metres above sea level. As we had no snow, access was fine, but it could be tricky in snowy conditions. There are also over 50 steps leading up to the chalet, so it would not be suitable for anyone with fitness or mobility issues."

"You cannot go wrong staying here. I’m glad we didn’t stay down in the city because of parking. This place has his own garage. All appliances are very modern with everything you need to cook your own meals. It’s about a 15 minute drive down to the city center. The host is very responsive and very helpful. The view that you see in the ad is what you get. It is unbelievable. We happen to be here when a foot of snow fell overnight and the next day. It was actually just what we needed to just relax and enjoy our location. The place was spotless and you take the elevator right up with your luggage. Nice washer and dryer downstairs. Let us wash a load of laundry. My wife and I didn’t wanna leave. Very quiet and private. Pictures below were all taken at the property or traveling on the road up to the property. Just wow!!!"

"This property was lovely. The interior was spacious and clean. We used this property as a home base for a week in the Interlaken area. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need to cook a meal if dining in. This apartment is way up on a cliff and about a 20 minute drive down a steep mountain to downtown interlaken. This did not bother us however the road is very narrow and a little nerve racking. But, I am afraid of heights so not sure that’s important. This is a ground level unit and did not have much of a view of the lake Thun below as we had anticipated. But over all I would stay here again and make memories here again. "

"Petra made sure we had everything we needed. Room included wine, beer, snacks, fresh fruit and lovely breakfast each morning rolled in. View is amazing. We had private sauna and whirlpool bath. Much needed after all our hiking. If you can handle the steep, windy, narrow roads leading up to the village it’s all worth it!!"
