Everything was well kept. Great staff. But the pool table had broken pool table sticks. We loved playing pool and the game room tv did not work. It was a little in disarray.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Hotel Hammer. The hotel is located outside the town of Kriens and is accessible via a long windy road by either car or bus. If you're bringing a car, like we did, you can park for free at the hotel and use the regional bus and train system to get around the area. Had a nice stay

The hotel is next to an old church and within the old town. The building is almost 500 years old and the style of hotel decorations and facilities, such as lamps and furniture, are in tune with the ambience. The room has a cute coffee maker.

Easy location from the train station and just a quick stroll into the old town. Right by the river. Worked well for me. Reception team was super friendly. Good size room, basic features..but that was fine for me. I will come back.

Too hot , need AC

Very cute! Right in Old Town Lucerne. Beautiful area!
