"Clean, comfortable, decent breakfast."

"Nice large room with a huge balcony featuring a lovely mountain view. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The bathroom was very spacious; a closing shower door would have been nice but thats a minor gripe. Location was convenient for the bus downtown, which was paid for thanks to the complimentary Lucerne travel card. Overall a very nice and peaceful stay - we would stay there again."

"It was absolutely fantastic. An old Villa transformed in a boutique hotel with great personality. It is like to be at home but even better! Many languages are spoken there! Rooms are gigantic and furniture is practical yet with a neat design, although the rooms look very romantic. The cosy lounge at the first floor with the balcony and the garden outside complete the picture...."

"Although it was a bit of a walk from the railway station, the setting was in the country and very peaceful. Not a lot of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, but the restaurant at the hotel served a very fine meal."

"It was a great place to stay. Location is excellent if you don't want to be right in Lucerne. Lucerne is easily accessible, around 15 minutes by public bus or 10 minutes by car. Staff was awesome and, friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again!"
