"This is the type of place you go to get away from everyday life. It is tranquil, relaxing, quiet and you get treated like family by both the owner and the other guests that seem to come back again, and again. The hot spring feeds the main pool and hot tubs which will help you relax. I will say, the location is a bit remote and if you plan on traveling to this resort, you should plan accordingly. "Zimmer war gross und sauber. Was allerdings schockiert hat; es hatte kein Fenster! Preis-Leistung im Gegesatz zu diversen anderen Unterkünften sehr schlecht. Als Ausländer nicht zu empfehlen; Sie werden (mehr als an anderen Orten) über den Tisch gezogen und erhalten das Zimmer ohne Fenster, obwohl alle anderen noch frei sind. Suchen Sie sich besser ein schönes Zimmer in einem Hotel!"

"I arrived on a Thursday, Thanksgiving Day and the beach, although an over cast day, the beach was just wonderful. La Ceiba is not exactly a clean city and beaches are certainly dirty and the sand is the color is pukey brown/grey yet, the view of the Caribbean Sea erased those minor imperfections. The staff of HPB is nice and willing to please. They are not aggressive but genuinely want to assist. Lots of please/thank yous. Coming from Tegus where everyone is sort of rude, this was a nice...
