"Nice place, great location but the stairs were a total nightmare for all of us. Every set was different and some were too narrow for a foot and really awkward. I loved the whole time in fear that I would hurt myself and ruin my trip. Definitely a hotel for the very young! No air in some of the rooms if you are there for a hotter season it was muggy. "

"This hostel met all of our needs. It is right on the edge of then Red Light District, so quiet a lot of people around, tough to drive to because of the very narrow streets & masses of people. They had a valet service to park our car, but was $45/day. Lots to do and see from this location within 30 min of walking. No elevator in the building, so be prepared to lug your bags up several of flights of stairs. "

"We are a family of three and stayed here for two nights. We found the whole experience very enjoyable. The building is from the 1600s so if you’re looking for modern amenities and an elevator, this is not the place for you. We were on the top floor and we were warned by our host that the stairs got worse each level you went up. He was right! Once we made it to our room, it was pleasant with a great view of the canal. Our host was super accommodating and woke up early on a Sunday to let us drop...

"Good location, 25 minute walk from central station. Lots of food and shop options near by. Room was comfy and clean however it did have some mould that needs to be addressed. "
